Get to Know Me:
Hi, I'm Maddie!
I grew up on Long Island, New York, where I spent the first 18 years of my life developing a passion for health, movement, and the human body. During that time, I worked in a yoga studio for several years, which deepened my appreciation for the connection between physical and mental well-being.
I eventually moved to Tampa for college, where I earned my degree in Exercise Physiology. During my time in college I discovered an acroyoga community which further solidified how much I loved helping people move better, feel better, and gain confidence in their bodies.
My passion for helping others on their wellness journey led me to continue my education after college at the Center for Neurosomatic Studies in Clearwater. Over the course of the intensive two-year program, I learned how to analyze posture, identify compensation patterns, and understand how structural imbalances contribute to pain and dysfunction throughout the body.
What fascinated me most was learning that posture is often a major driver of chronic pain and that by addressing the underlying causes—not just the symptoms—we can create lasting change. Through targeted bodywork, posture correction, and restoring proper function to muscles and other tissues, I help clients improve their quality of life and move with greater ease.
Today, my mission is to provide a holistic approach to pain relief and wellness by helping clients understand their bodies, address the root cause of their discomfort, and build a stronger foundation for long-term health.
Helping people feel better in their bodies isn't just my profession—it's what I genuinely love to do.
